would give a zero for product failure I have a variable speed angle grinder makita very nice and even 1000 rpm ripped this to shreds in a matter of minutes

The DeWalt DW4942 4-1/2-inch-by-7/8-inch Back plate assembly includes everything you need to replace your worn 4-1/2-by-7/8-inch support plate. The grinding wheel is a crucial component for attaching sanding discs, foam bonnets, hats and polishing. If you are preparing a surface for finishing, sanding paint or rust, or when applying / removing wax, you want to make sure that your back-up pad is in perfect condition or you will never want the high gloss to it. For best results, make sure that you have a pad that fits correctly select the Sander, sander or polisher. This support plate kit is designed so minutes at a maximum of 16,000 rpm, work and includes a 5/8-by-11-inch clamping nut.
